"The villa was a real gem, equipped with everything you need for your stay and in a great location, at a short drive from a wide range of beaches, shops, tavernas etc. Needless to say that our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in there. The view is amazing and even in very hot days it is still refreshing to relax in the pool and enjoy mountains and sea view at once. Although there are 3 villas in the entire complex, we felt that we still had a lot of privacy. Kym was looking after all the properties and was very reachable and helpful with any issues, a big thanks to her :)"

"Villa Poppy was beautiful and very peaceful. It was well equipped and in near perfect condition. The pool and the aircon were a real joy. The road up to it is quite steep but, once mastered, it’s not a problem. Kym the caretaker was great, the few minor issues we had were quickly resolved and communications were quick and easy. We stayed for ten days, I wish it could have been longer! There are lots of good beaches and restaurants nearby, but you need a car to get around."

"This villa is absolutely beautiful. Its immaculate and has just about everything you could need. All windows have mozzy nets and also an option to pull electric shutters down to keep it cool or stop sunlight on a morning. A welcome pack was there on arrival. Kym the manager was a godsend, turning up with cream for my brother in laws sunburn, bringing me a bottle of wine for my nerves on driving up the steep drive, assisting with directing a car rental company coming to swap our car. Shes worth her weight in gold, nothing was too much trouble for her. The area is lovely with beautiful beaches, villages, gorges etc to visit. Driving in Crete isnt bad so easy to get around. A car is essential as I dont think theres shops or tavernas walking distance, esp in the heat of summer. I managed to drive the steep drive in 1st gear once and then left it to my brother in law, so I would recommend someone who doesnt fi d slopes an issue. Kym does it all the time and assures me 1st time is worst and after that its easy. We had an amazing time and cant recommend it enough.
Anyone booking should know that the soap powder for dishwasher Nd wash maach provided. Cupboard had more than enough sun creams and pool towels also provided"

Schon vor dem Frühstück im eigenen Pool schwimmen, ein grenzenloser Ausblick über Meer und Berge, sehr gute Matratzen, verschiedene Sitzplätze für einen Kaffee oder Glas Wein... Das alles und noch weit mehr ist perfekt für die Erholung! Und Kym (die gute Seele vor Ort) wächst einem sofort ans Herz! DANKE"

"Compleet uitgerust, lekker (diep) zwembadje, mooie buitenzitjes, binnen is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Agios Nikolaos is lekker dichtbij, evenals Gournia en de achterliggende bergen waar je prachtige ritten kunt maken. Ook is er genoeg te wandelen."
